BETET exam is conducted by the Bihar School Examination Board for those who want to make teaching their profession. This exam conducts in two phases i.e Paper-I and Paper-II. Paper-I for class I to V and paper-II for class VI to VII. Candidates can get all details in this article, so read till to end.
The applicants should have passed Class X with at least 45% marks in aggregate or equivalent.
Canddiates who have completed their graduation in B.SC/BA/B.Ed. degree with at least 50% marks can apply for BTET 2022. The students who are appearing in the Final Year BAchelor of Elementary Education/2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or 2 year Diploma in Special Education can also apply for this exam.
Paper-II For Teacher VI-VII Class (Uppar Primary Level)
The Candidates who have completed their graduation and passed/appearing in the final year of 2 year D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) are leigible to apply for BTET 2022.
Those who have completed their graduation with at least 50% marks and passed/appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed)/passed or appearing in the final year of 4-year Bachelor in Ekementary Education(B.Ei.Ed)/B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.a.Ed/B.Sc.Ed. The candidates who have completed their Graduation with a minimum of 45% marks and passed/appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) can also for BTET 2022.

Age Criteria
The minimum age limit of the applicants is 21 years as on January 1, 2022.
The maximum age limit is 35 years as on January 1, 2022.
Age relaxation of 5% will be offered to the female/SC/ST/OBC applicants depending upon the reservation criterion defined by the examination authorities.
In the case of the reserved category female candidates, only 1 reservation rule is applied.
